Thomas A. “Tad” David has been the Chief of Alternative Dispute Resolution for the Office of the State Courts Administrator (OSCA) since July 2021. During his legal career, Mr. David has held various positions within all three branches of state government, including a tenure as General Counsel for OSCA from 2014 through 2018. Before coming to work with the state, he began his legal career in private practice and is licensed in Florida and Georgia. Mr. David received his B.B.A. from the University of Georgia in 1992, and his J.D. from Florida State University, College of Law in 2003.
