Jack Helinger is a judge of the Florida 6th Circuit Court. Helinger was appointed to the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court by Gov. Charlie Crist on December 5, 2008. Helinger received his undergraduate degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and his law degree from the Stetson University College of Law. He is married to fellow circuit judge Chris Helinger. Helinger worked as a lawyer prior to his appointment to the circuit court in 2006. He is also a former prosecutor of the State Attorney's Office.
