Dr. Mary Bruck, Ed.D., is a Florida Supreme Court-Certified Family, Civil, and Appellate Mediator. She is also a Tennessee Rule 31 Mediator (civil and family). She has earned the Essentials in Negotiations and Conflict Resolution Certificate from the Mendoza School of Business - University of Notre Dame. She has also earned Cornell University's Certificate in Conflict Resolution.

She is a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, has authored numerous articles, and has presented nationally and internationally, including at Oxford University in the United Kingdom. She is also a member of the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators. Her training represents the practical application of theory and concepts. She is a Mediator for Exceptional Student Education.
