Kristin K. "Kiki" Grossman is a strategic consultant, educator, conflict navigator, Florida Supreme Court certified Family mediator, dedicated yoga practitioner, writer, artist, and lawyer who obtained a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution from The Straus Institute at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. In addition to her academic degrees, one of her proudest achievements was receiving her yoga teaching certification in 1999 from the nationally renowned Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. She is also certified through the non-profit, Warriors at Ease, which trains yoga teachers in trauma-informed practices to serve our military and first responders. It is her passion to serve her students with trauma-centered, evidenced-based yoga practices. In addition, she helps legal clients, corporate clients, mediators, legal professionals, and students learn tools and processes whereby they can skillfully and thoughtfully navigate challenges and conflict in both their professional practices and their lives. Kiki is a lawyer/mediator/organization culture transformer with Leap Frog Divorce where she helps individuals and teams navigate challenges and conflict.
