Shari Elessar's mediation firm is Back On Track Mediation. She is Supreme Court Certified in Appellate, Circuit Civil and County Mediation and a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. She is a member of the Executive Council of the ADR Section of the Florida Bar

Shari is a member of both Florida and New York bars, a former wall street commercial litigator for Cravath, and former in-house counsel managing litigation for multibillion-dollar corporations, in areas of construction, development and manufacturing. She also is an entrepreneur who was instrumental in growing an ERP software company to national recognition.

Her legal expertise includes primarily commercial, business and technology issues, consumer products, real estate and construction law.
