Ana Cristina Maldonado is a mediator and arbitrator with Upchurch Watson White and Max and well as a mediation trainer with the Florida Mediation Training Center. She is the Treasurer of the ADR Section of the Florida Bar, as well as the chair of its newly-created Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion committee (JEDI) Committee. Cristina attended St. Thomas University for law school, has a Master’s in Conflict Resolution from George Mason University, and received her bachelor’s from Amherst College. She has mediated over 2,000 cases in English, Spanish and Portuguese in over a decade as a mediator.
