• Registration transfers can be made for free at any time by logging into your registration and selecting "Substitute Registration.” On or after Monday, July 31, you will need to email the name, company, and email address of the registration you are transferring to Steven Bonda at steven@bondaexperiences.com.
• Registration will remain open through Friday, August 4, 2023.
Cancellations
• Please cancel by 5:00 pm EDT on Monday, July 31, 2023 to receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee. Cancellations and refunds can be made by logging into your registration and selecting “Unregister” or by emailing Steven Bonda at steven@bondaexperiences.com.
• No refunds will be issued for requests received after Monday, July 31, 2023. If you find that you cannot attend the conference after July 31st, you may wish to consider maintaining your registration to avail yourself of the recordings of the presentations for 60-days post-conference.
• Refunds will not be given for attendees that do not attend on August 4, 2023. You will have access to the recordings of the presentations for 60-days post-conference.
• Hardships/Emergencies: If you are unable to attend conference due to a death in your immediate family, or due to your own hospitalization or the hospitalization of your spouse, your registration fees will be refunded in full. Requests under this policy require verifying documentation and must be submitted to Steven Bonda at steven@bondaexperiences.com no later than Friday, August 11, 2023.
Photography and Videography Release
• As an attendee at DRC’s virtual conference, attendees acknowledge that the possibility may arise wherein the attendee may appear in photographs taken by a designated staff or photographer / videographer. By registering, attendees agree to allow DRC to use their images in future pre- and/or post-conference coverage in DRC publications or on the conference website.
